The phase one of this project was completed Summer 2023. We are now approaching the completion of the 2nd building at a fast pace. These buildings were designed by Colin Kwok from Azurean Architecture.

They are 27,172sqft each in size over 2 story where some have mezzanines and some have full second floors of residential units. Both buildings were built with insulated precast concrete, structural steel roof structure with rigid insulation and torch on membrane. Each unit has a steel mezzanine with concrete topping, a 3 piece handicap accessible washroom, a large glass overhead door with storefront door as well as a rear door accessing a small backyard. Propane tube heaters are provided in each bay, as well as great lighting and ceiling fans. Each unit also has a rooftop curb to accommodate a future HVAC unit, if desired. All 4 ends units have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus den residential suites with beautiful rooftop decks overlooking Mount Currie.
